The Ludlow Hotel isn’t the only one of its kind. The Bentley Hotel and the Ace Hotel, New York both offer similar amenities at roughly the same prices.
Now granted, there are a few amenities missing from some of these hotels. The Beekman Hotel houses a fitness center and on-site parking (at an additional cost) for around the same base price as the hotels mentioned above. The William Vale also has a fitness center and on-site parking, plus a pool and outdoor lounging area. This hotel costs about $150 more, depending on other factors like when you book, and is located in Brooklyn—which might matter if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Manhattan.
Martinique New York is a part of Hilton’s Curio Collection. Among many others, this stay offers room service, a concierge and a fitness center—all at just under $200 cheaper than the Ludlow Hotel. With similar amenities to the Ludlow, Martinique is the smart booking option for those who don’t care about staying in one of New York’s signature boutique hotels. It also helps to stay here if you have a membership with Hilton hotels.
There’s a lot to choose from in this big city. But I hope my research has kind of helped set the standards of what to expect.
